Customer States: No Shifting

Alright, so we've got a customer states that the engine's not shifting anymore and I'm out here looking at this thing wondering

What's up? Because when I kick the prop everything is spinning the way that it should and I really don't see anything wrong with it

The paint's not looking bad The skags not broke, but then I noticed that I can see a section of the gear on the side of the lower unit

Well, this isn't so bad I'll be able to pop this out no problem. Oh, yeah
