I think regulators are a good mid-tier boat, definitely

It's just a plain Jane mid-tier boat. They're built pretty well. I haven't really seen a regulator that's like

oh man, look at this, this is falling apart. Like, you know, this is a poor design

but I don't really see that on any of the regulators that I've been on

I've worked on not a ton of them, probably a handful, maybe 10 or so

My experience is not, you know, exhaustive by any means on a regulator, but I've always found them

to be a decently riding boat
